Can I Get An Item Repaired?

We offer professional jewelry repair, cleaning, and resizing services on all our jewelry. We also provide a one-year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship on the rare occasion that an item may not hold up to our high-quality standards. 

To request a repair, please use our Request Repair Form, or if you are unsure if your item falls under the manufacturer's warranty, contact our customer service team at 1-866-610-8482 with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you. 

If you have purchased an Extend Accident Protection plan, and your item falls within your term, simply contact Extend at customers.extend.com/claims or by phone at 1-877-248-7707 to submit your claim.
