What is wrong with my watch crystal?

Sudden temperature changes can cause condensation under the watch crystal – this should dissipate on its own and not affect its operation. Also, the crystal on your watch may develop some surface marring over time, this is normal with regular wear. However, if the crystal becomes loose, cracked, or chipped, have it replaced as soon as possible.
